In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the aos77 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. aos77 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts permanently suspended and any deposits returned.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is designed, localized, and operated primarily for the Indonesian market. Access from certain other jurisdictions may be restricted without prior notice.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under any form of legal restriction that would prevent you from engaging in online gaming.
• Single Account: Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — using different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through the aos77 Responsible Gaming tools or through any other gaming operator or regulatory body to which aos77 adheres.
• Not an Employee: Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of any entity affiliated with aos77 are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

To participate in real-money gaming on the Platform, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and your ongoing account obligations:

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate , and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. aos77 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• OTP Verification: Account registration requires verification via a one-time password (OTP) sent to the mobile number provided. You must have genuine access to the mobile number you register.
• Profile Updates: You must promptly notify aos77 of any change to your registered information by contacting customer support. aos77 reserves the right to request updated documentation to confirm any changes.
• KYC Compliance: aos77 may require you to submit identity documents — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent — as part of our KYC process. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• Account Suspension: aos77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion if it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). aos77 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's wallet.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your wallet within minutes of confirmation. aos77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: aos77 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes from the time of request confirmation. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance periods or where KYC verification is outstanding.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the Player's aos77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• No Transaction Fees: aos77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment account used. aos77 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds as part of its KYC and anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Pending Bonus Wagering: Withdrawals requested while an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement is attached to the Account may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings, subject to the specific bonus terms in Clause 5.

aos77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have a verified, active Account in good standing. Bonuses are not available to Players who are subject to a self-exclusion order, KYC hold, or account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and promotional credits are subject to a wagering requirement (turnover requirement). The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific bonus offer. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived funds may not be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are stated on the individual bonus offer page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the specific offer terms. Any bonus credit and associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within the expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. A Player who opts into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may have the previous bonus forfeited at aos77's discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus offer — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play between multiple accounts — will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and potential permanent account suspension.
• aos77 Discretion: aos77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. In the event of a material change to an active bonus, Players will be notified via their registered contact details.

Players must use the Platform for legitimate personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account action:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any name, alias, or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, capsa susun (a popular Indonesian card game), and live dealer games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display glitches to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or reproduce any software, content, or intellectual property forming part of the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information to customer support agents in connection with a dispute, bonus claim, or account action request.

The following conditions apply to all gaming activity conducted on the aos77 Platform, covering slots, live casino, sportsbook, and all other available products:

• Individual Game Rules: Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail with respect to that specific game's mechanics and payout logic.

• Technical Malfunction: In the event of a verified technical malfunction of the Platform, aos77 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the staked amounts to Players. aos77 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a malfunction.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed when an explicit confirmation message is displayed within the game interface and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Player's wallet. Bets that do not receive confirmation are not valid.

aos77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward Players seriously. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players:

• aos77 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Transactional data, including deposit and withdrawal history, is retained for a minimum period required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aos77 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or inability to access the Platform, including outages caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors in game software, except where such errors are directly attributable to gross negligence by aos77.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any odds, game information, or promotional content displayed on the Platform.
• Any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or any other third-party financial institution.

aos77's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aos77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Any activity that aos77 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory directive, or court judgment requiring account closure.

Upon account closure at the Player's own request (where no breach of Terms has occurred), any verified real-money balance remaining in the wallet will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

aos77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Players will be notified via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where contact details are available, via their registered mobile number or email address.

• Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
